In the search bar, type Notepad and press Enter.

Select the "Print" option.
Click on the same printer you're trying to print with QuickBooks.
Click the print tab.
If the test printing on Notepad goes well, follow the steps below:
Tap the Start button.
Go to the Control Panel and open it.
Now, select the Printers and Faxes option.
The printer is offline, then-
Tap the Printer icon.
Select the Use Printer Online option.
Now double-tap the printer, and if there is any job pending,
Tap the printer and then "Cancel All Documents."
Exit the window.
Right-tap the printer to select Properties.
Select "Print Test Page."
Fix 2: Run QuickBooks Print and Repair The Tool

Locate the QBprint.qbp file on your system.
Right-tap on it and tap the rename option.
Now, change its name to QBprint.qbp.old
Then, open the QuickBooks desktop.

Tap OK, and a new QBprint.qbp file will be created.
