How to Find the QuickBooks Pay Stub Password?

Print a QuickBooks Paystub on the QuickBooks Desktop

There are three ways to print a pay stub on a QuickBooks desktop. You can choose any of these or try all of them one at a time. 

1. Print via paycheck list

  • Click on the employee's name you wish to pay to.

  • Then, select the Employee's profile.

  • Now, select the Paycheck List.

  • After that, click "Checks to Pay." Please check the amount.

  • Now, from the drop-down menu, select Batch Action.

  • Finally, tap the Print option.


2. Print your Pay Stubs and Vouchers

  • Open the Quickbooks menu.

  • Select Edit in the drop-down list.

  • Now, choose Preferences.

  • Then, in Quickbooks Payroll, select Company Preferences.

  • Moving forward, select the Full Payroll option.

  • Go to the Set Preferences section to select Pay Stub & Voucher Printing.

  • Under the Paycheck, Voucher & Pay Stubs, tick the boxes as per your choice.

    • If you wish you can add the firm name by selecting Legal.

  • After that, go to the Company name section and select All Items.

  • At last, tap Ok.

This will print you a pay stub for selected data for every paycheck.

3. Create Check using Bill Payment stubs

  • Go to the File menu to select Print Form & Bill Payment Stubs.

  • Now, select the Bill Payment drop-down menu.

  • Then, select Credit Card or any alternative method.

  • Move to the Account menu.

  • Select your Bank/Credit Card Account.

  • Enter the closing and opening date in the Dated & amp section.

  • Select Checks for which you want to print bill payments.

  • Click the ok button.

  • Select your printer and the number of copies in the Print window.

  • At last, tap Print
